The Methodology:

Besides using the experiential model of delivery, our facilitators would use, where required, the following tools and techniques to ensure maximum retention and application:

  • Case Studies
  • Theories

Case Studies:

  • The participants are divided into groups and are given a case study on a subject related to the training module.
  • The participants are expected to extensively study and analyze the information. As a result, the participants gain a sharpened understanding of the subject.
  • The Trainer further debriefs the participants through an interactive discussion and designs a future course of action for the successful application of the learning module.
