The CMI Level 5 Management and Leadership course is designed to empower middle managers and those who aspire to become leaders. It includes aspects like team management, performance enhancement, stakeholders’ management, and project leadership among others. This course is most suitable for those in operational positions such as Operations Manager, Departmental Manager or Divisional Manager.

Available at Award, Certificate, and Diploma levels, this course suits learners of different caliper. While the Award level develops certain aspects of management the Certificate level introduces the key principles of leadership and the Diploma level includes more detailed and comprehensive training for higher leadership positions.

Certification:

The CMI Level 5 Management and Leadership is an internationally recognized qualification which is awarded by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the only chartered body in the world dedicated to the subject of management and leadership. This certification is well recognized in the industry providing acknowledgement of your competence and expertise in management and leadership of teams. It proves your competence in middle management tasks such as operational planning, stakeholders’ management, and performance enhancement. Examination:

The CMI Level 5 Management and Leadership qualification assessment is based on the assessment of each unit by means of written assignments, reports, case studies and reflective practice. The grading system is designed in a ‘Pass/Refer’ basis. Students have to demonstrate their comprehension and utilization of the course material and ensure that their work is correct, up to date, and pertinent. 

The examination process is highly focused on the practical application of the concepts, as well as the ability to understand the interconnection of the material studied with the actual management practice. There is external marking which includes CMI quality stamp and the submission can be done up to three times.
