ABOUT THE CERTIFICATION & EXAMINATION

CERTIFICAION:

The CIPT certification will demonstrate your skills in imparting training to multicultural learners. After passing the CIPT exam, you will receive this prestigious certificate. 
Please note that the CIPT certificate is valid for 4 years. If you want to upgrade your knowledge, you should renew it every 4 years. AIBMC offers recertification.
 

EXAMINATION:

The CIPT (certified training specialist) exam will be in booklet form, containing multiple essay and case study questions. You have 3 hours to complete your paper. It's important to note that the exam timing will not be extended, so be sure to manage your time effectively.
