Examination:

Completing the pre-course assignments, attending core course lectures, and completing post-course work are the first three steps towards earning a certificate for this course. Each step is made to build upon the knowledge acquired in the previous step. 
 

Pre Course:

This segment of training incorporates blended learning with in-person sessions, such as a needs assessment, quizzes, outlines, forum introduction, expectations, videos, readings, and a performance management skills assignment.
 

Core Course:

Within the three days allocated for face-to-face training, the course is structured around receiving experiential instruction and active participation. Exercises used to enhance the development of competencies range from simple concept matching to comprehensive case study dissections. The learning experience includes:  

  • Carrying out practical exercises based on the provided concepts;  
  • Participating in case study discussions aimed at problem solving;  
  • Working with templates related to performance management tools and using them effectively.

After Course:
