About The Certification and Examination

CERTIFICATION:

The CTM certification is for those who want to master the training and development field. In order to ensure success of the candidates, AIBMC offers preparation sessions where candidates can get well-prepared for the exam through learning system. 
After passing the CTM examination, the professionals are required to update their knowledge about the training and development practices. Additionally, to maintain the level of training knowledge AIBMC requires recertification every 4 years to show compliance with current training trends.

 

EXAMINATION:

The CTM examination is intended to assess a candidate’s knowledge of training and development. The exam is a 3-hour long and comprises of essays and case questions (at least 5-10 questions). Many questions are presented in a format of a booklet with case scenarios that require candidates to prove their understanding of the training principles, as well as their ability to design programs and solve problems. This format checks the knowledge of the theory and its practical application at the same time. It ensures that the certified specialist is ready to work effectively in positions related to training management.
