Eligibility Criteria

Admission to this prestigious program requires no specific work experience. However, it is recommended that interested learners meet a minimum standard of English of 6.0 or higher on the IELTS test. There is a requirement for individuals to carry out self-directed learning as part of this course.

Unit 1: Principles of Professional Coaching

  • Understand the similarities and differences with other methods of support and the rationale for its delivery

Unit 2: Strategies for Delivering Professional Coaching

  • Introduction to a wide range of strategies for delivering professional coaching 
  • Explore the influence of coachee’s values, behaviors and culture on their ability to engage with the coaching process.  

About the Certification

The CMI Level Certificate in Professional Coaching is a comprehensive program that comprises 3 units and takes 39 hours to complete.  

It delivers in 6.5 days, over 6 6-hour sessions and one 3-hour session, or 13 half days. This course also includes 4 months of online/self-study.

ABOUT THE AWARD 

 

The CMI Level Award in Professional Coaching is a one-unit course that lasts 18 hours and is shorter than the certificate program. 

The course will consist of 3 days of 6-hour sessions or 6 half-days. It also includes online / self-study over a 2-month period.  

 

EXAMINATION  

 

You are eligible to take the CMI Level 5 examination at the end of the course. Participating in this exam is mandatory to earn the CMI Level Certificate in Professional Coaching. It is a written exam.During classes, our experts will familiarize you with the exam's question pattern and provide you with a set of exercises to practice. We will guide you in the best possible ways.
