ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The course is available for individuals from age 19. While CMI does not specify entry requirements for this program, the City of Glasgow College ensures that participants have sufficient skills and capabilities to meet the requirements.  It is recommended that learners should reach a minimum standard of English of 6.0 or higher in IELTS tests. 
As self-directed learning comprises a part of the program, participants should be self-motivated and willing to study independently.

ABOUT THE CERTIFICATION, EXAMINATION & AWARD

CERTIFICATION

The CMI Level 7 Certificate in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring is comprehensive. Its delivery time is 42 hours, which includes 7 days of 6-hour sessions or 14 half-days. This course also includes online/self-study that takes 6 months to complete. 
Our in-depth study materials and highly interactive sessions will actively engage you in the learning process, helping you prepare for the CMI Level 7 Certification.  

 

AWARD

The CMI Level 7 Award in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring is a short course that lasts 21 hours and comprises one unit. 
3.5 days over three 6-hour sessions and one 3-hour sessions or 7 half days. This course also includes online/self- study over a 2-month period

 

EXAMINATION 

To earn the CMI Level 7 Certificate in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring, you must take the assessment exam. At the end of this course, you will appear for this exam, which will be marked by CMI.
