About The Examination

The Program Management Professional (PgMP) exam includes 170 multiple-choice questions.
There are 20 pre-test questions. The exam lasts 270 minutes, including an initial instruction and a post-exam survey.

The following is the time distribution for the PgMP Exam:

Tutorial: 15 minutes
Exam duration is 4 hours (240 minutes)
Post-exam survey: 15 minutes
Total time: 270 minutes

The 4-hour examination timeframe excludes the time required to complete the lesson and survey. Additionally, there are no scheduled breaks during the PgMP exam. You are allowed to take breaks during the exam, but the timer will not halt. Each question is worth one point, and your final score is determined by the total number of points earned. The number of questions you successfully answer positions you in one of the performance rating categories listed on your result report.
