ACP Course Agile methodologies have revolutionized the ways of project management in IT industry. Compared to traditional project management practices, agile methodologies prove to be useful in managing complex projects with dynamic, non-deterministic and non-linear characteristics, where accurate estimates, stable plans, and predictions are often hard to get in early stages. An article called “Embracing Agile” published in Harvard Business Review says, Agile has become so popular that now its methodologies are being used in other sectors too. For example, John Deere uses it to develop new machines, Saab to manufacture new fighter jets and Intronis – a leader in cloud backup services used agile approached in their marketing.
