(Accelerated Mission for Better Employment and Retention) is a pioneering initiative jointly launched by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Generation India Foundation (GIF), operating under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE). This transformative project is co-funded by MSDE through the SANKALP program, along with private philanthropy.

Vinsys is officially associated with NSDC. Our goal is to achieve a significantly higher placement and retention rate compared to existing programs. This ensures that skilling remains pertinent for learners and equips them for resilient job roles in a post-COVID economy.
