Axa is a conglomerate of independently run businesses, operated according to the laws and regulations of many different countries.
AXA having its presence all over the globe. One of the establishment of AXA team from USA, wanted their documentations (53 foreign languages) to be translated to English which were medical reports of patients and highly confidential details of their customer. As this was the continuous project and the delivery TAT was only 24 hrs. AXA were looking for a business partner who could cater to the immense translation requirement and adhere to the stringent delivery timeline.
Vinsys FLS understood the requirement, a dedicated project team was assigned who worked for 24 hrs (in 2 shifts) and we could successfully execute the project continuously for the past 5 years. The success to this project was only possible due to our presence in translation Industry for the last 11years and having huge pool of linguist resources, that too domain specific. Proper coordination which was done by Vinsys - project team with the resources in order to ensure concordance, consistency of the translated documents and timeline of delivery. Challenges to execute the project were different time zones and delivery timeline, in the process, due care was taken with respect to the confidentiality of the data and the documents shared which was done by dedicated FTP servers.
AXA Team from USA and India were satisfied with the process we followed and executed the project continuously for the past 5 years. With dedicated FTP servers, assigned and dedicated project management team and availability of Linguist resource gave us confidence and sense of satisfaction to execute the project smoothly and effectively. Initial hiccups and issues were faced but proper feedback and knowledge transfer from AXA helped us significantly and resulted in an overall rise in productivity.
