Introduction 

Founded in 1957 and headquartered in Aurora, Ontario, Canada, Magna International Inc. is the biggest manufacturer of automobile parts in North America. With an employee strength of more than 165,000, Magna has 346 manufacturing setups and 94 centres engaged in product development and sales in 27 countries spread across America, Europe and Asia. It is a manufacturer of components, modules, assemblies and automotive systems and has a distinguished clientele that includes Ford Motor Company, General Motors and even BMW, Mercedes and Volkswagen – to name a few. 

Challenges faced by the client 

Magna started its operations in India after incorporating Magna Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. on 30th March 2009. In the course of time, the facilities were established in more than one Indian state. Magna publishes a variety of documentation for its employees, which describes different events and achievements of the company and employees. These documentations needed to be translated in the languages of all the countries, which has Magna offices and factories. When it came to India however, there was a need to translate the documents from English into four Indian languages.
