About The Certification

The CompTIA Network+ certification validates the knowledge and skills required to establish network connectivity, understand and maintain network documentation, implement network hardening techniques, and manage network infrastructure. The exam consists of a maximum of 90 multiple-choice and performance-based questions, with a 90-minute time limit. A passing score of 720 on a scale of 100-900 is required. The exam is available in English, German, Portuguese, and Spanish, and can be taken at Pearson VUE testing centers or online. For passing this exam it is suggested to take the Network+ certification course training.

The N10-008 exam was launched on September 15, 2021, making it the latest version of the CompTIA Network+ certification exam.

No, the N10-007 exam was retired in June 2022 and has been replaced by the N10-008 exam. It is no longer possible to take the N10-007 exam.
