COURSE OVERVIEW

The short-term Basic Firefighting course provides the foundation for creating a fire safety culture in your workforce. Workplace safety and individuals need to protect themselves and others in emergencies. It aims to prevent fires, make a prepared environment, and build confidence when faced with unexpected emergencies. A fire safety culture is based on shared knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions about prevention and protection.

Throughout the process, communication is given a lot of weight. Beyond-the-basics learners identify crises involving hazardous materials, guarantee the safety of individuals, conduct a hazard assessment, and alert and coordinate with technical response teams or emergency medical personnel. Notably, learners learn to ensure that a building's fire risk is as low as possible by doing comprehensive fire inspections, evaluating the situation, and formulating suggestions.

Vinsys designed this training to cover every facet of firefighting, from detection and prevention to extinguishing. It shows learners how to handle fire-ground operations at an emergency site and respond to an alert safely and effectively. Join Vinsys Qatar to learn about the realities of firefighter survival, explore the essential components of fire suppression, and get insight into ground cover fires.
