Upskilling personnel to manage advanced network infrastructure and Cloud technologies.

To maintain operational excellence, military operations require scalable, secure, and efficient network infrastructure. A U.S. Armed Forces Group partnered with Vinsys to provide authorized Cisco training to its workforce. The initiative aimed to equip IT and networking personnel with the skills to manage Cisco equipment, implement Cloud migration, and optimize network performance for ongoing Army transformation projects.
The collaboration focused on providing a blended learning approach. Vinsys offered instructor-led training (ILT), hands-on labs, mock tests, and a comprehensive technical library to enable personnel to apply concepts practically while using their Cisco Learning Credits (CLC) effectively. Participants learned to configure Cisco MDS 9000 series switches, understand Cloud fundamentals, and implement application-centric infrastructures to support critical operations.
By integrating Cisco technologies with practical training, Vinsys helped the Armed Forces create a robust network framework. The training enhanced personnel’s technical capabilities, improved time management, and strengthened operational efficiency. The workforce could now manage infrastructure upgrades, support Cloud migration, and implement advanced network solutions without disrupting ongoing operations.
Vinsys designed a blended program combining ILT, hands-on labs, and recorded sessions. This approach enabled personnel to learn at their own pace while remaining engaged with real-world network challenges.
The solution guided participants through building scalable, secure, and efficient network infrastructures, including Cisco MDS 9000 series switch configurations and Cloud integration.
Personnel enhanced their ability to manage advanced network systems, streamline workflows, and deliver critical support across multiple Army operations.
All training adhered to military IT standards, ensuring secure deployment of network and Cloud technologies while minimizing risks in mission-critical environments.
